Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to serve as a subject matter expert in the area of compensation & benefits. This role will be part of our Human Capital organization and report to the Head and SVP of Rewards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage rewards programmes and provide compensation & benefit related advisory and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design and manage the development, implementation and administration of total rewards programmes across all job levels.
  • Provide annual compensation review, incentive programmes design, benefit reviews, rewards related governance and policies.

This role requires a deep understanding of compensation and benefits, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
