Job Description

The primary focus of this role is to support the Human Resources team, with a key emphasis on compensation and benefits. The HR Executive will be responsible for administering monthly payroll, claims, and statutory submissions. This involves maintaining accurate employee records related to salary, benefits, and leave, as well as supporting the annual salary review, bonus, and performance appraisal processes.

In addition to these core responsibilities, the HR Executive will also provide general support to the HR team, including recruitment activities, such as job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding. Furthermore, they will assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.

This role is ideal for an individual who is detail-oriented and proactive, with strong communication and organisational skills. The successful candidate will have a diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and relevant experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, the ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
