We are now expanding in Singapore and looking for a highly experienced **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** to lead our finance, compliance, and regulatory efforts in the region.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Oversee full accounting, payroll, reporting, and audits for ZEN.COM PTE.
- Ensure timely and accurate **regulatory reporting to MAS** under the Payment Services Act (PSA).
- Own **capital adequacy** and **safeguarding of customer funds** processes.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Manage relationships with MAS, auditors, banks, and external advisors.
- Support ZEN’s **global expansion** in Asia.

**What we expect**:

- **Resident in Singapore**, meeting MAS Fit & Proper criteria.
- **5+ years in fintech**, including at least **3 years in Major Payment Institutions in Singapore**.
- Strong knowledge of PSA, MAS rules, capital adequacy, safeguarding, and AML/CFT.
- Proven leadership in financial controls, governance, and risk management.
