Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Administration including filing systems, document control, and company correspondence.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and regulatory requirements.

Additional Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes for Human Resources.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation.

Financial Management:

">
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), tracking collections and following up on outstanding payments.
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP), verifying vendor invoices and preparing payments.
  • Handle basic accounting functions, including petty cash and expense claims.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar multi-functional role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll processes, AR/AP management, and basic accounting principles.
