Job Title: Operations Leadership Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Leadership Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a supervision team and oversee the quality system implementation, materials approval, and compliance testing procedures.

About the Role
  • Lead a supervision team to ensure contractors comply with contract/authorities' requirements.
  • Provide supervision services for all M&E works to oversee leave arrangements and resolve technical issues arising from construction of Temporary Works and Permanent Works.
  • Work with QP to review and comment on Contractors' proposals, method statements, and designs.
  • Coordinate with scheduler and propose measures to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor project progress, report on quality, workmanship, WSH, and aerodrome safety, security, housekeeping, and stakeholder relationship issues at site.

This role involves managing supervision teams, providing guidance on quality standards, and overseeing leave arrangements. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that contractors comply with contract/authorities' requirements.
