E-commerce Executive Job Description

IN-KO PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Executive to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales through various online channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales through various online channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • E-commerce Website Optimization: Oversee the company's e-commerce website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience, functionality, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). This may involve content updates, product uploads, and troubleshooting.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Management: Manage customer databases and utilize CRM tools to enhance customer retention, engagement, and satisfaction. Implementing strategies like personalized marketing and loyalty programs.
  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment. Monitoring stock levels and handling returns or exchanges.
  • E-commerce Platform Management: Manage presence on e-commerce platforms such as Lazada and Shopee, including product listings, promotions, and performance optimization.
  • Content Creation: Create and optimize content for product descriptions, blog posts, and other digital marketing materials. Ensuring content is aligned with SEO best practices and brand guidelines.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' e-commerce activities, pricing strategies, and promotional efforts to identify opportunities and threats. Implementing strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Customer Service: Collaborate with customer service teams to address inquiries, issues, and feedback from online customers. Ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Contribute to the development of e-commerce strategies and initiatives to drive business growth. Evaluating market trends and consumer behavior to recommend new opportunities and improvements.
