Job Opportunity: Lead Innovation Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development of innovative strategies that drive growth and competitiveness in Singapore's aviation sector.

The role involves:

  • Developing and implementing technology innovation strategies aligned with CAAS' strategic priorities.
  • Designing, developing, and delivering projects and initiatives that support such strategies.
  • Fostering stakeholder engagement and buy-in for projects and initiatives under your charge.

In this position, you will work closely with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and develop effective solutions. Your expertise and experience will be invaluable in driving positive change within the aviation sector.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in innovation strategy development and implementation.
  • Proven experience in project management, including design, development, and delivery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance, with the possibility of permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal.
