Digital Innovation Strategist

As a Digital Innovation Strategist, you will spearhead the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI initiatives within Global Operations.

You will identify key business use cases where AI/GenAI is a suitable solution and can drive significant value to Global Operations growth and efficiency.

Create a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for GenAI growth in collaboration with the Business Intelligence Center of Excellence under the Digital Solutions organization.

  • Develop methodologies and best practices for exploration, proof of concept, and pilots of digital tools, platforms, and technologies.
  • Lead and manage digital exploration initiatives from idea generation to completion, recommendation, and Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Foster an environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
  • Implement new ideas and solutions that align with the organization's values and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate and implement innovative ideas.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and external partners.
  • Conduct market research and industry benchmarking to stay ahead of trends.
  • Communicate progress and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.

You will work closely with various departments and establish strong connections with global teams.

Essential requirements include experience in driving AI/Generative AI programs, leading digital innovation, and developing methodologies and best practices.

A Master's level degree or equivalent, combined with 6 years of related work experience, is required; alternatively, a Bachelor's level degree and 8 years of relevant experience are acceptable.
