**About the Role:**

We are searching for a Regional Indirect Procurement Manager to support our team at Private Advertiser.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting Singapore issues and driving initiatives relating to supplier qualifications, specifications, certifications, and performance while contributing to meeting Materials & Services goals as well as contributing to the support of Asia Pacific indirect procurement initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Foster relationships with Singapore Operations to address various matters such as Packaging, Consumables needs, Materials & Service supply disruptions, and contracting plans.
  • Implement strategies to boost supplier base supply security (e.g., approved sources, quality, lead time, and packaging).
  • Oversee the RFQ/Tender Process, involving preparation of RFQ/tender documents, tender briefings, and tender invitations to suppliers.
  • Collaborate with Asia Pacific teams to enhance Procurement best practices and focus groups, providing support to Singapore operations and assisting in Indirect Procurement initiatives.
  • Ensure effective management of the Singapore indirect supplier base, guaranteeing materials & services meet approved specifications to benefit regional (Asia Pacific) and global Procurement goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, preferably in an MNC matrix environment, with a bachelor's degree and CPSM certifications.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and SAP.
  • Able to make informed decisions under pressure, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills.
