About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Tapestry's Procurement team as a Procurement expert. You will be responsible for managing indirect procurement categories, working with stakeholders to establish requirements, collaborating with functional stakeholders to conduct a 6-step sourcing process, identifying new suppliers, managing vendor performance, and executing procurement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage SEA & ANZ Indirect Procurement categories (Marketing/Digital, Corporate Services, Store Ops and Packaging)
  • Procurement support for SEAA Indirect Procurement categories (IT, Transportation & Logistics)
  • Work with key stakeholders to establish requirements and specifications for assigned sourcing projects
  • Collaborate with functional stakeholders to conduct 6 steps sourcing process on relevant projects
  • Identify new suppliers and develop their capabilities
  • Manage the performance of existing vendors on cost, quality, and service levels
  • Work closely with the Regional and Global Procurement team to execute procurement initiatives
  • Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships if necessary

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor Degree: Required
Minimum of 2 years of strategic sourcing experience or procurement consulting experience: Required
Negotiation skills, ability to analyze and solve problems: Required
High level of accuracy and detail oriented: Required
Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English: Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Required
