Accounting Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to support our accounting functions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Job Overview:

This role involves assisting in various accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, GST reporting, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing payment vouchers, staff claims, petty cash, and other accounting entries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions
  • Prepare and submit GST reports and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  • Generate financial reports and schedules for management and auditors
  • Support ad hoc finance, administrative, and audit tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Fresh graduate from a degree in accounting or related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
