Are you seeking a career that offers growth, challenge, and fulfillment? Our company is looking for talented individuals to join our team as Finance Management Associates (FMAs). This 2-year program is designed for aspiring talents who want to excel in the accounting and finance profession.

The FMA Program consists of four rotations, each lasting six months. During this time, you will gain diverse exposure across our various businesses and experience firsthand the pivotal role finance plays in these areas. You will work closely with seasoned finance professionals, develop your technical skills, and expand your perspectives through involvement in local and regional projects.

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be able to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, and build meaningful interpersonal relationships. You should also be highly motivated, capable of managing multiple tasks, and adapting effectively to shifting priorities and deadlines.

Our ideal candidate has a recognized Bachelor's degree or higher in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field, with strong academic credentials. We are looking for individuals with relevant full-time working experience in accounting or finance-related roles, a keen interest in technology, and resilience, adaptability, and determination to drive positive outcomes.

  • 0-2 years of relevant full-time working experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
