We are seeking an accounting professional to join our dynamic team at Bridge Accounting and Taxation Services.

Job Description

Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional accounting and taxation services, built on trust and confidence with our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a full set of accounts, including recording of accounting transactions and preparation of relevant accounting schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and reconcile all financial transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and review various accounting schedules and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of unaudited financial statements and provide support to the finance team as needed.
  • Maintenance of corporate secretarial records/file and preparation of annual return filing documents.

Requirements

  • A diploma in accounting or above is required.
  • Candidates with an interest in further education, such as ACCA, are welcome.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is essential.
  • Experience in QuickBooks and Xero is advantageous.
  • A pleasant personality, good working attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
