As a Key Account Strategist at RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD., you will drive revenue growth and margin expansion in customer accounts by meeting EBIT and working capital goals.

Job Description

Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute account plans to enhance short- and long-term EBIT and working capital performance.

Manage Service Agreements: Oversee service agreements to surpass performance KPIs and achieve cost savings.

Daily Operations: Ensure daily operations run smoothly and pricing is up-to-date.

Data Analysis: Analyze data to monitor performance, conduct reviews, and implement improvements.

Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and foster teamwork.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.

Experience: At least 4 years of experience in Logistics and Customer Service sector and proven experience in account management or sales.

Financial Knowledge: Good knowledge of financial concepts including working capital and EBIT.
