The Assistant Manager, HRBP & Projects will play a key role in supporting HR Business Partners and collaborating with the overall HR team to drive strategic solutions for enhancing the employee experience and workforce effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with HR Business Partners to identify trends and develop strategic people initiatives to support the business
- Collect and analyze functional requirements to inform HR project planning and execution
- Collaborate with regional HR and HR Services teams to consolidate employee feedback and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Plan, coordinate, and track HR projects and events to drive business outcomes
- Work with the People Analytics team to prepare regular reports for stakeholders
- Support other ad-hoc assignments and projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in an agile and hyper-growth environment
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to design engaging PowerPoint decks
- Creative problem-solving skills and critical thinking to drive business outcomes
- Well-organized and self-motivated, with a passion for HR and business acumen
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
