Job Title: Global E-Commerce HRBP Leader

At TikTok, we're looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our E-Commerce team. As a key member of our HRBP team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our fast-growing E-Commerce business on all things people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead a high-performing HRBP team to drive business objectives.
  • Mentor team members on employee development best practices to support business needs.
  • Translate business agendas into strategic HR roadmaps, with supporting initiatives and action plans.
  • Coach business leaders on people-related matters, including talent assessment, development, and succession.
  • Design, monitor, and measure HR metrics/KPIs dashboards to drive key insights and decisions.
  • Play a leadership role in business restructures and critical workforce planning initiatives.
  • Enhance employee development and management through coaching, mentoring, and timely feedback.
  • Champion HR initiatives to support Diversity & Inclusion throughout the organization.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, with experience in leadership positions.
  • Experience in organization design, organization diagnosis, and culture-related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Tableau, Excel, Power BI).
  • Global leadership experience, especially outside of SEA.
  • Corporate experience in employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and general HR program/operations.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence, drive change, and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a tech environment, preferably in a high-growth international organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage large, complex projects in a fast-paced, matrixed, global environment.
  • Comfort with ambiguity; strong judgment and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, build stakeholder partnerships, and influence without authority.
  • Fluency or proficiency in Mandarin for communication with external stakeholders.
