Job Title: Salesforce Insurance Solution Architect

This is a challenging opportunity to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions tailored to the insurance industry.

About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Insurance Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of innovative Salesforce solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture for agency journeys and related insurance solutions, including integration with core systems (PAS, billing, claims, reinsurance).
Domain Expertise:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in insurance domains such as life, health, and general insurance, with a strong focus on Distribution transformation areas across agency lifecycle like Recruitment, Training, Leads Management, Performance Management, Reporting and Analytics.
Technical Leadership:
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and integration patterns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution design, with at least 5 years in Salesforce implementations.
  • Deep understanding of insurance business processes and regulatory requirements with focus on Distribution and Agency journey transformation.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integration tools (Apigee, MuleSoft, Kafka).
