Procurement Specialist

The successful Procurement Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials from local and overseas vendors. This role plays a vital part in the company's operations by ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic sourcing and negotiation with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality materials.
  • Planning, issuing, and tracking Purchase Orders' delivery and shipment schedules.
  • Verifying Sales Orders against purchase quantities for accuracy.
  • Facilitating stock-take and maintaining inventory stores.
  • Collaborating with suppliers in China is an added advantage.
  • Providing support for ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Finance Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
  • Excellent vendor management skills.
  • Strong accounting and cost accounting skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Commitment and teamwork.
  • Self-motivated, good working attitude, and high level of personal professionalism and integrity.
  • High degree of initiative and independence with strong analytical skills.
