**Responsibilities**:

- Use expert-level understanding of the customer (advertiser) to design and execute effective SMB acquisition programs
- Manage a multi-functional team that owns the global SMB acquisition strategy through organic, owned, and earned channels
- Collaborate with Growth Product to identify and prioritize opportunities to better reach and convert prospective new advertisers
- Work with Global Business Marketing to shape the content strategy in ways that better address the needs of SMBs seeking digital marketing solutions
- Partner with the Paid Acquisition team to find meaningful points of intersection where paid and non-paid can benefit from each other
- Analyze and measure performance of tactics to ensure efficacy of acquisition programs and report the results clearly on a recurring basis
- Identify and experiment with new and innovative methods to reach, engage, and convert SMB advertisers
- Produce budgets and targets in partnership with Strategy and Finance teams for planning and forecasts

- 5 years of experience in marketing, growth, product, or related field
- Deep understanding of SMBs and/or B2B business models
- Quantitative with a track record of producing measurable results
- Creative and can provide examples of creating programs from 0 to 1
- Has worked in highly matrixed and complex organizations
- Proficient in English
