About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving set Customer Service targets while upholding high service quality standards. They will also ensure accuracy and compliance for customer requests, promote the Bank's products and services through cross-selling, and assist customers in transitioning to the digital platform based on their preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve set Customer Service targets (KPIs) while maintaining exceptional service quality.
  • Evaluate and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of bank products and services.
  • Provide personalized support to customers in transitioning to the digital banking platform.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a diploma or be a fresh graduate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
