Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development and promotion of our innovative funds and solutions across the Asia-Pacific region. As a Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for fostering strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the wealth management channel and digital asset space.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the traditional and digital asset sectors, as well as excellent relationship management and networking skills. They will also possess strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English, with Mandarin language skills or other regional language skills being a plus.

In this role, you will work closely with our product development team to ensure our funds align with client requirements and market demands. You will also collaborate with marketing, research, and product teams to refine sales materials and strategies.

  • Foster and deepen relationships with key stakeholders, including Financial Advisors, MFO/EAMs, asset managers, and private banks.
  • Develop and lead regional business development and partnership strategies to promote Fintonia Group's funds and products.
  • Direct presentations, roadshows, and webinars to enhance product visibility and encourage adoption.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be a successful applicant, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in fund intermediary sales or fund sales to high net worth individuals within a wealth management firm, with a track record of success.
  • Experience with partnering with financial advisors, MFO/EAMs, Private Bankers, and Securities Brokers.
  • Outstanding relationship management and networking abilities.
  • Willingness for travel across Asia and elsewhere as necessary.
  • Familiarity with digital assets and blockchain technology.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
  • Mandarin language skills or other regional language skills will be well regarded.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and very comfortable with different technology tools.
