Job Title: Digital Asset Operations Specialist

Manage digital asset and fiat related trade settlements, ensuring timely and accurate transactions with internal and external trading counterparties.

  • Reconcile trades from post-trade to settlement, guaranteeing correct and timely settlements.
  • Maintain treasury records and liaise with the trading and finance teams on asset balance accounting.
  • Communicate with the wider trading, OTC, and options teams on balances and settlement status, providing administrative support as needed.
  • Perform asset rebalancing and whitelist crypto addresses across multiple CEXs and DEXs.
  • Manage new banking beneficiaries and assist trading desks with fiat transfers and settlements.
Key Responsibilities:

Liaising with various teams to ensure seamless operations, asset management, and client communication. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital asset operations, financial services, or a related field is essential. Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are required for this role.
