Job Title: Asset Settlement Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a leading financial institution. As an Asset Settlement Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Singapore and Hong Kong business units in setting up and maintaining various asset types (Equity/Bond/Option) in the Avaloq system.

  • Enrich structured product lean assets against details in termsheets and liaise with the product team on any clarifications.
  • Set up and maintain business partners, containers, standard settlements instructions, and money accounts to facilitate operations.
  • Re-formatting and uploading of termsheets for client documentation.
  • Support new initiatives and perform UAT when required.
  • Ensure full compliance to all policies and regulations, including adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreement) with wealth business and other internal and external customers.
  • On-time escalation of issues and risks to the team leader or department head.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in asset statics and proficiency in MS Product Suite, including Excel and Word. Bloomberg, Reuters, and corporate action processing knowledge are preferable. The ability to work in a high-volume dynamic environment while maintaining operational excellence is essential.
