Maximizing Application Performance

As a key member of our operations team, the Application Support Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of our applications. This encompasses managing downtime, enhancing and upgrading systems, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure assigned applications are meticulously managed to minimize downtime or disruption to business users
- Continuously enhance and upgrade applications aligned with our technology roadmap
- Manage enhancement and change requests, adhering to our internal processes
- Cultivate robust relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners
You will also be responsible for proactively engaging with stakeholders, gathering feedback, and identifying areas for improvement. Your analytical and creative problem-solving skills will be essential in translating business asks into detailed requirements and partnering with IT stakeholders to deliver system solutions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to improve business efficiencies through automation and value engineering, as well as support projects and activities led by the Project team. You will be expected to assist with other tasks assigned by senior management.
