Revenue Growth Specialist Role
The ideal candidate will assist the General Manager in maximizing revenue and profit by developing and implementing effective pricing strategies, optimizing inventory management, and analyzing market trends.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement revenue management methods, processes, and tools to maximize revenue.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to establish strategies to maximize revenue.
- Analyze market trends, booking patterns, and competitive pricing.
- Generate regular reports on revenue performance, forecasting, and market conditions.
- Create and manage rate structures, pricing models, and distribution channels.
- Maintain rate parity across all distribution channels.
- Identify areas for improvement based on data insights and make recommendations for process optimizations.
- Provide clear instructions on revenue management best practices to the reservation & front office team.
- Minimum Higher Nitec or Diploma qualification.
- Knowledge of hotel systems is an advantage.
