Job Description

This role focuses on maximizing revenue and enhancing margins through data-driven pricing strategies. The successful candidate will develop systematic price increase strategies for existing customers, segment them by profitability and retention risk, and implement price optimization algorithms for contract renewals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Backbook analysis to identify underpriced customers and revenue leakage
  • Developing and executing systematic price increase strategies for existing customers
  • Segmenting existing customers by profitability, retention risk, and price sensitivity
  • Designing renewal pricing strategies to maximize customer lifetime value while minimizing churn
  • Implementing price optimization algorithms for contract renewals and repricing cycles
  • Developing communication strategies for price increase rollouts

We are looking for a highly skilled Pricing Director to drive growth through strategic pricing initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial finance
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue/margin improvements through pricing strategies
  • Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and pricing analytics tools
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance growth and profitability objectives
