Senior Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Coordinator to support our HR and Admin functions at Relationship Studio PTE. LTD.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, coordinating employee training sessions, managing employee records, and maintaining compliance with local labour laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
As our Senior Administrative Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support to the HR and Admin teams
Coordinating and organising employee training sessions and maintaining training records
Managing employee records and assisting with new hire onboarding
Updating employee information in the HR system
Assisting with development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Generating HR review reports and facilitating HR reviews
Planning for employees' career progression in consultation with Management
Monitoring and managing employee time off requests, sick leave, vacation, and personal day offs
Assisting with the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations
Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters
Maintaining compliance with local labour laws and regulations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Proven experience as an HR Executive, Admin Executive, or similar role
Experience in project management
Knowledge of office procedures and billing
Proficient in MS Office and Google Drive (experience in CRM will be an advantage)
Excellent organisational and multitasking ability
Outstanding communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
