Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the management team, including maintaining accurate records, handling confidential matters, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Customer Management: Coordinate with clients to schedule appointments, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Operational Coordination: Collaborate with the detailing team to plan daily schedules, monitor workflow, and maintain office cleanliness.
  • Financial Tasks: Prepare and send invoices, handle petty cash, and track payments.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations, and prepare reports for management.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
