Job Title: Senior Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:

The role of a Senior Administrative Coordinator at OUR RECRUITERS LLP involves providing high-level support to senior executives by effectively managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing comprehensive budget reports. This critical position ensures seamless communication and operational efficiency within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and clients, handling inquiries and correspondence professionally. Manage executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Budget and Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed budget reports, tracking expenses, and gathering financial data for reporting in collaboration with finance teams. Create presentations and updates on the business unit's performance.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute materials. Arrange logistics for meetings and events.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Manage phone calls, emails, and messages for executives. Draft and edit reports and communications.
  • Documentation and Filing: Maintain an efficient filing system for important records. Manage office supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
  • General Administrative Tasks: Assist in preparing briefing documents and reports. Submit expense reports and timesheets.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is required.
  • Experience in preparing budget reports and presenting updates is highly valued.

Salary Information:

This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this position in supporting our senior executives.
