We're on the lookout for a Customer Advocacy and Maintenance Revenue Specialist who can help us protect our maintenance revenue and prevent attrition in this area.
This role involves proactively monitoring license usage among our customers and identifying signs that they may not renew or reduce their maintenance renewal.
The ideal candidate will be able to position upgrades from partners or professional services to demonstrate the value of these upgrades to our customers.
In collaboration with Finance, you'll ensure accurate records are maintained for license and deployed products.
You'll become an expert in solidifying existing customer accounts and elevating Quadient's strategic position within our largest renewal customers.
This includes flagging accounts and the Customer Engagement Team with upgrade information or license gaps.
You'll also focus on improving Customer Satisfaction rankings, especially on partner projects where there's an opportunity to provide feedback and improve CSAT within the Partner program.
Your primary goal will be to assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis and feed back to the account teams.
