Our organization seeks a dedicated individual to drive donor and partnership development. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in sales, fundraising, or donor stewardship.

The successful applicant will be responsible for researching potential donors and mapping the partnership landscape. They will cultivate and retain individual and corporate donors through various means, including preparing donation appeal letters, proposals, and impact reports.

The role also involves supporting diverse fundraising channels, campaigns, and events. Strong storytelling and event management skills are essential, as well as good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work independently.

A resourceful and proactive team player with proficiency in digital tools is required. Experience in working or volunteering in social services is an advantage, as is proficiency in Singapore Sign Language (SgSL).
