Our client is actively searching for a **Manager/ Asst Senior Manager, Donor Relations **to join their team

The individual will be responsible to develop and implement a customised engagement plan that is aligned to the donors’ philanthropic purposes and various University platforms in order to foster long-term relationships with benefactors to encourage lifetime giving to the University.

**The responsibilities of this role are**:

- Implementing programmes and processes to engage, cultivate, and recognise donor constituencies to meet organisational fundraising objectives.
- Overseeing comprehensive donor relations initiatives including meaningful communications, recognition, and stewardship programmes.
- Serving as the interface between other departments, and faculty members to ensure donor engagement is optimised to meet stewardship objectives.
- Compiling faculties’ reports for donors.
- Editing and proofing donor relations materials, ensuring that the best editorial standards are met.
- Serving as a contact point for donors.
- Actively seeking support and building strong working relationships with various stakeholders within the University.
- Undertaking and performing other duties as assigned
- Degree from a recognised University.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in professions that demonstrate customer engagement skills.
- Excellent team player and ability to manage multiple stakeholders with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in service industry is an added advantage.
- Values philanthropy and a strong desire to contribute to community building.
- Passion for the mission of the Development Office and the ability to inspire others in that mission.
