About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to take on a challenging role that requires strategic planning, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As a Commercial Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing sales strategies to meet business objectives, expanding our client base through active acquisition of new clients, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, including tracking leads, meetings, and follow-ups.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience in sales or a related field, preferably in commercial office interior design or equivalent.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to formulate sales and business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to meet ambitious sales targets and submit reports on time.
  • Team-oriented character, able to work collaboratively to achieve individual and team goals.
