Job Title: IT Service Delivery Specialist
The role of the IT Service Delivery Specialist is a vital member of the corporate IT Department, responsible for providing comprehensive support to employees across various locations in Asia and Oceania.
Main responsibilities include executing IT projects related to infrastructure, security, and efficiency improvement. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and timely issue escalation to management.
You will also be responsible for understanding the IT Governance Policy and assisting regional offices in aligning their IT environments with these requirements.
Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between HQ and local staff, providing customized support to each local office. This includes supporting end-users during the replacement or deployment of IT tools and servers by HQ to strengthen IT security and governance.
Key qualifications for this role include over 5 years of experience in a corporate IT Department, basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and networks, and proficiency in English language to liaise with stakeholders.
Preferred skills include experience with workflow tools, Fortigate UTM, corporate networks, client certificates, and Akamai. Project management experience is also highly valued.
