Job Title: Service Delivery Specialist
Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support function, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service experiences to our customers. Your primary objective will be to work closely with the sales enrollment team to provide regular feedback and insights to achieve greater customer intimacy.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of working experience in operations and customer service. You must have excellent command of spoken and written English, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills. High motivation and positive-mindedness are essential traits for this role.
In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you will also be responsible for ensuring proper check-in management at our center and assisting with crowd management during peak periods. You will need to work effectively with Mandarin-speaking students/parents and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive attendance to customer feedback and challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- At least 2-3 years of working experience in operations and customer service
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and positive-minded
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
