Job Title: IT Service Delivery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Specialist to join our team.

Description:

This role is responsible for the successful delivery of IT services to our customers, ensuring that all service requests are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

The IT Service Delivery Specialist will work closely with the customer to understand their needs and preferences, and will be responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of all service activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in project deployments, installations, configurations, testing, and troubleshooting across infrastructure, network, and security solutions;
  • Collaborating with team members to meet project goals, deadlines, and service-level expectations;
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of configurations, implementation steps, and support activities;
  • Demonstrating professionalism and effective communication when interacting with customers and stakeholders;
  • Supporting knowledge-sharing within the team by contributing to internal guides, SOPs, and project learnings;
  • Meeting individual performance targets (KPIs) and maintaining a commitment to high service standards.
