Service Delivery Specialist

Job Summary:
The Service Delivery Specialist will lead project design and development initiatives in line with customer specifications. Key responsibilities include assessing project scopes, conducting site evaluations, and participating in pre-bid walk-throughs as needed.
To ensure successful project outcomes, the Service Delivery Specialist will work closely with sales and management teams to develop project proposals and tender submissions. Additionally, they will monitor project progress, interact with stakeholders, and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
Key Qualifications:
A degree or diploma in Engineering or Building, coupled with relevant experience in the HVAC industry, is required for this role. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of various HVAC systems, mechanical drawings, and commercial HVAC/mechanical contracting principles.
In addition, a minimum of 2-3 years of experience is necessary, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The Service Delivery Specialist should be able to work efficiently under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and demonstrate attention to detail.
