Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Automotive Finance Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with new and existing customers by marketing a comprehensive suite of financing solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow a high-quality pipeline by promoting full-service financing options, including hire purchase, auto loans, floor stock, vehicle financing, inventory financing, showroom floor, demo inventory, and working capital.
- Design and implement targeted marketing initiatives and campaigns to establish new channels and maintain competitiveness.
- Build lasting connections through regular outreach, on-site visits, and proactive account management.
- Create qualified prospects via events, referrals, digital outreach, and cross-selling with internal teams.
- Evaluate credit applications, conduct financial analysis, and provide clear recommendations.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation and compliance for every transaction.
- Achieve consistent growth metrics and quarterly business targets.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree; recent graduates welcome (training provided).
- 2+ years in financial lending or auto financing preferred; SME commercial lending experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with an outgoing, customer-focused mindset.
- Comfortable with numbers, financial statements, and basic risk assessment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
