As a highly skilled and experienced Senior Guest Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the exceptional delivery of customer service to our esteemed guests.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Assistant Manager to provide efficient and courteous services, addressing guest complaints, requests, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Foster excellent relationships with in-house guests, projecting a warm and hospitable attitude at all times.
  • Stay up-to-date with all room types, rates, and availability status, utilizing this knowledge to upsell whenever possible.
  • Take ownership of problems and promptly handle guest complaints according to established procedures.
  • Maintain awareness of hotel facilities, functions, major city attractions, and events to provide accurate information to guests upon request.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum Diploma in Hospitality.
  • The ability to perform rotating shifts.
  • A positive attitude, outgoing personality, and strong public relations skills.
  • Previous experience in hospitality and proficiency in Opera would be advantageous.
