As a Corporate Secretary at InCorp Global, you will be responsible for assisting the team with various corporate secretarial duties. Your tasks will include company incorporations, registration of foreign branches and representative offices, striking off of companies, preparation of directors'/shareholders' resolutions, opening of bank accounts & change of signatories, etc.


Responsibilities:
• Assist Manager/Assistant Manager in handling a portfolio of clients.
• Prepare Directors' and Shareholders' resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and manage filing deadlines of AGM and Annual Return documents, advising clients on compliance requirements.

Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or Law is preferred; other qualifications considered. Prior experience in the relevant field will be advantageous, with training provided. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Positive working attitude, pro-active, good team player, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and able to work under pressure.
