Healthcare Infrastructure Project Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and developing healthcare infrastructure facilities and managing various projects from proposal to completion.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Developing master plans and budget proposals;
- Participating in conceptual planning and feasibility studies;
- Handling design development, tender preparation and evaluation, and construction management;
- Maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders and ensuring timely project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A Master's degree in Architecture or a related field;
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare infrastructure facilities planning and development;
- Extensive knowledge of Building Regulations, Environment Health Safety, and Workplace Safety Health requirements;
- Excellent project management, supervisory, interpersonal, and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
