Healthcare Infrastructure Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in the planning, execution and completion of healthcare infrastructure projects. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for supporting large-scale healthcare infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
- Ensure all projects are executed according to plans, meeting budget and quality requirements.
- Assist in managing project budgets, including cost control and financial reporting.
- Support risk management strategies, participate in assessments, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Establish quality control measures, conduct pre-inspections, and oversee Testing and Commissioning processes.
- Facilitate smooth handover of new buildings and renovations, ensuring all systems meet required standards before operational use.
- Support stakeholder relationship management, contribute to effective communication, and assist in preparing comprehensive project status reports.
- Work collaboratively within the project team, supporting staff across all disciplines, and contributing to a high-performance environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare or facilities.
- Strong background in mechanical services, building systems, and project tail-end processes.
- Effective communicator with strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
