Project Lead in Healthcare Infrastructure
About the Role:
Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) projects require skilled professionals to oversee their execution. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading M&E engagements with consultants and stakeholders. Your objective is to ensure productive sessions and informed decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Develop clear objectives and lead M&E meetings with consultants and stakeholders.
- Document stakeholder discussions and disseminate information to relevant parties.
- Work closely with consultants to gather stakeholders' requirements.
- Monitor project timelines to meet overall design and construction schedule.
- Present M&E design proposals for approval.
- Review contract specifications, including testing & commissioning, and maintenance clauses.
- Participate in site coordination, including technical activities due to user requests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 5 - 8 years of experience in infrastructure projects, preferably with project management background.
- Prior experience in healthcare projects is highly beneficial.
- Proficient in planning, developing, and managing infrastructure projects.
- Capable of conducting effective stakeholder engagement sessions.
