Senior Healthcare Infrastructure Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Infrastructure Development Lead to join our team and contribute to the redevelopment of a major healthcare facility. This role involves evaluating consultants' M&E system designs, ensuring alignment with operational requirements, and engaging multiple stakeholders to deliver effective hospital development projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead M&E engagements with consultants and stakeholders, ensuring productive sessions and well-documented outcomes.
- Collaborate with consultants to capture and incorporate all stakeholder requirements into project design.
- Monitor design and construction timelines to ensure project milestones are achieved.
This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare infrastructure planning and management, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience, with project management exposure preferred.
- Prior experience in healthcare infrastructure projects is highly advantageous.
- Strong background in planning, developing, and managing infrastructure projects.
- Skilled in conducting effective stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Strong documentation, verbal, and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
