Healthcare Infrastructure Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage various projects from proposal to completion. The ideal candidate will have expertise in planning and developing healthcare infrastructure facilities, including master-plans and budget proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and develop healthcare infrastructure facilities.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and conceptual planning for new projects.
  • Evaluate tender submissions and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
  • Manage construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with at least 7 years' experience in facilities and project management in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor industries.
  • Candidates with a degree in Building Services may be considered if they have at least 8 years' relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience in designing and operating facilities with stringent environmental conditions, such as cleanrooms, isolation, and containment facilities.
  • Proficiency in Building Regulations, EHS, and WSH requirements pertaining to infrastructure facilities development.
  • Excellent project management, supervisory, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD drafting.
  • An independent self-starter who is proactive, adaptable, and works well under pressure.
