Job Title:
Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure Development Specialist

About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding position that involves overseeing the planning and development of healthcare infrastructure facilities from proposal to completion.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, EHS, and WSH requirements.

Key Qualifications:
  • Recognized degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services.
  • At least 7-8 years of relevant experience in facilities and project management in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor industry.
  • Extensive experience in design and operations of facilities with stringent environmental conditions.
  • Excellent project management, supervisory, interpersonal, and communication skills.
