Healthcare Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to make a direct impact on healthcare infrastructure and community well-being by delivering projects that meet the highest quality standards.
- Support large-scale healthcare infrastructure projects to ensure timely delivery within quality standards while implementing innovative and sustainable practices.
- Manage project budgets, including cost control, financial reporting, and contributing to financial planning processes.
- Develop risk management strategies, participate in assessments, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Establish quality control measures, conduct pre-inspections, and oversee Testing and Commissioning (T&C) processes for M&E systems.
- Facilitate smooth handover of new buildings and renovations, ensuring all systems meet required standards before operational use.
- Build stakeholder relationships, contribute to effective communication, and prepare comprehensive project status reports.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or related field.
- 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or facilities.
- A strong background in mechanical services, building systems, and project tail-end processes (T&E, M&E handover).
- Effective communication skills with strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
