We are seeking a confident and experienced kitchen professional to lead our team in a dynamic modern Japanese dining environment.

As the Lead Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality Japanese dishes consistently and to standard. You will also oversee daily kitchen operations, collaborate closely with the Executive Chef, and uphold strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.

\

Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in Japanese cuisine, is required. You should possess excellent culinary skills, be comfortable and skilled with essential kitchen tools, steady under pressure, dependable, and a supportive team player. A willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, is necessary.
