Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our kitchen. This role involves supervising and coordinating kitchen activities to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise kitchen operations, guaranteeing seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment adhering to strict health and safety standards.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring timely ordering of ingredients and supplies.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning, seasonal offerings, and recipe development.
  • Ensure that kitchen equipment is well-maintained and in proper functioning order.
  • Handle customer feedback related to food quality and service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff on culinary techniques, kitchen safety, and service standards.
  • Support initiatives to minimize waste and optimize kitchen efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of experience managing kitchen operations.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Expertise in traditional and modern cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior certification in culinary arts or food safety is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
