Job Description

We're seeking a Senior People Business Partner to join our team at DDOG SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. This role will support our Sales organization across APJ, working closely with leadership and our People team to help drive our global organization forward.

This position will require you to partner with our Sales team to support their specific needs, while also working strategically on all People programs and initiatives. You'll be responsible for advising, coaching, and influencing management on all things people-related, including performance management, coaching, career pathing, employee relations, compensation, organizational development and scaling, training, culture, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement.

You'll work closely with our Center of Excellence (COE) team to design programs that enhance the employee experience, and provide analysis and consulting to leadership to drive data-driven people decisions and implementation of best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent our global PBP team to partner on the front line with all employees and leadership
  • Advise, coach, and influence management on all things people-related
  • Partner with the appropriate COE team when designing programs in support of enhancing the employee experience
  • Provide analysis and consulting to leadership to drive data-driven people decisions and implementation of best practices

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HRBP or related HR role, preferably in fast-growing technology companies
  • Strong analytical & reporting skills, with experience with HRIS (Workday is a bonus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships and trust at all levels of the organization
